Wedding Two

Yesterday's wedding was not nearly as good as the one last week (but shh don't tell anyone). I think because it was really humid and muggy all day yesterday, that and the fact that the wedding was very formal (I prefer low-key weddings).

I was also running extremely late so I kinda rushed my outfit/hair/makeup and photos. I wore the same dress as last week but just styled it differently...

I wore subtle makeup again and just curled my hair loosely...

Too much wine last night = a lazy sunday for me hehe.

Would I buy it again?

Definitely not! I was really disappointed with this mascara. Throughout the day I’d have to go to the bathroom and wipe under my eyes as the mascara was smudging (not very attractive). The worst part I think though is trying to remove it, I have to scrub and scrub to get it off which hurts and can’t be good for my eyes. My advice.. Don’t buy this mascara, the cons out-weigh the pros.

Wedding One

Yesterday was robbie's birthday and as much as I wished we could have just spent the whole day alone together, we had a wedding to go to!

It was his bestfriend's wedding and it was amazing. This is what I wore...

Green with Envy

I got my dress for the wedding/s today or as I like to say... I got my wedding dress hehe.

Taking your advice, I decided to buy 1 dress and wear it to both weddings.

I ended up buying this gorgeous katherine dress



It's not very formal but I think I can make it work for the weddings



I really like the embellishments..





I'm not really sure how I'll style it differently for both, the only think I know is that i'll be wearing my hair up for the wedding tomorrow, as my hair appointment got rescheduled and now my regrowth is out of control lol... other than that I haven't really thought about it.

Any suggestions on how I can style it differently?

I'm all in

I decided to jump on the nail-art bandwagon and purchase Barry M's nail effects (in black). I also desperately needed a top coat and heard that Seche Vite is the shiz when it comes to a top coat. So I purchased these 2 on ebay (gotta love ebay).



I have to say, I'm pretty impressed with them both! The nail effects is super easy to use and fun to wear. The top coat is pretty great too! I painted my nails on Thursday night and they are still going strong (maybe slightly chipped) but pretty good for 5 days wear..



What do you think of nail-art?
