Don't hold your breath

It is sooo cold in canberra at the moment, all I wanna do is stay rugged up inside with some hot chocolate.

I did brave the cold today though and went furniture shopping with robbie (we desperately need a rug, chair & coffee table for our bare looking lounge room) bit of a bummer though as we didn't find anything we liked. That's always the way isn't it?

Anyways this is what I wore (pretty boring sorry!) -

Jayjays jeans, Sportscraft top, Bardot fleece biker jacket,
Betts wedges

Birchbox equivalent now in Oz!

Yaay I'm so excited that Australia's finally jumped on the birchbox bandwagon!

What's birchbox you ask.. basically it's a $10 a month subscription to get sent high-end beauty samples (like below).

I've been waiting for ages to hear of something similar in Australia and today these 4 just popped out of nowhere! (and yes I let out a massive squeal when I saw them haha)

Yep and already have! This stuff is AMAZING! My skin has seriously never looked so good. I thought because it was an oil it was cause me to break-out but it’s done the opposite.. I’ve had like one break out since I started using it (back in April). Trust me on this one girls... you need to buy some rosehip oil immediately!

I've had such a great weekend!

Friday night the girls and I got together for the gala screening of bridesmaids -

The movie was HILARIOUS! I was laughing out loud the whole time, definitely one to see with the girls!

We also got a cute little goodie bag too :)


Yesterday I finally went out and bought an iphone (woohoo!) I'm having so much fun playing with the apps! So far I have the weight watchers, get running, sleep cycle and wheres wally apps :)

and I couldn't resist getting a few things from Lush while I was out..

Today I'm gonna grab a good book, a cup of tea and just cosy up and read. God I love weekends!
