This outfit's a little more grown up than usual, I think because of the length of the skirt. All I seem to be wearing lately are bodycon skirts, so I felt like experimenting with something longer. What do you think? I'm not really sure it's me but it was nice to wear something different for a change. I think I'll just wear this one to work from now on.
So I started the Michelle Bridge's 12 Week Body Transformation this week. If you haven't heard of it, it's basically an exercise/eating plan that's popular in Australia at the moment. I wanted something to motivate me to get fit and healthy.. and I think this program is it!
I'm really loving the food and motivational videos, but the exercise is absolutely killing me and it's only day 2! I haven't worked out in more than a year and now I have to work out 6 times a week! eeeek! I swear I can barely walk I'm that sore! haha. I'm sure it will all be worth it, I'm just looking forward to getting through this first week! Wish me luck :)
