It's a BOY!!!

Introducing James Anthony, born Monday the 12th of May at 7.12pm (via a scheduled c-section). He weighs 7.2lbs (3.2kg) which is a hell of a lot less than we were expecting! 

I'll do a more detailed post later about his delivery, but in a nutshell..  I couldn't be happier about how everything went.

We are so in-love with him! He's absolutely perfect in every way and we feel like the luckiest parents in the world! I honestly love being a mum.. it's given my life so much purpose and I feel like this is what I was meant to do (sounds corny but it's true!). It's like my life is complete now that he's here :)

What's in My Baby's Hospital Bag!

If you saw yesterday's post, you would have seen what I packed in my hospital bag for labour & delivery... and as promised, here's a look at what I've packed for bub.

I'm using this nappy bag that I bought from pink lining which I absolutely LOVE, it has everything I need in a nappy bag (and plenty of room for bub's things) plus I think it's the cutest thing ever.

What's in My Hospital Bag!

So I thought I would show you guys what I've packed in my hospital bag.. keep in mind that I'll be in hospital for 4 or 5 days (depending on whether I'll have a c-section or not). Also I've packed two bags, one for me and one for bub (I'll do a separate post on what's in bub's bag soon).

The bag I'm using is a workout bag I picked up from Colette ($45) which has double handles and a shoulder strap. It actually holds more than I thought it would, the only thing that may not fit is my fluffy dressing gown (but I'll most likely be wearing that anyway). So here is what I've packed...
